Users may withdraw funds using one of the following approved methods:

  • bank transfer to a bank account owned by the user
  • transfer to approved digital wallets controlled by the user

For security and compliance reasons, the account holder’s name must match the name registered in the user’s Strovemont Capital account.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3. Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours after submission.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • internal security checks
  • regulatory compliance requirements
  • blockchain network confirmations

Requests submitted outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals may also be subject to additional confirmation times on the blockchain network.

4. Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the selected withdrawal method and the relevant blockchain network or banking provider.

All applicable fees are displayed to the user before confirming the withdrawal request.

Strovemont Capital does not apply hidden charges and does not deduct undisclosed fees.

5. Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits may apply in accordance with security policies and regulatory obligations.

Limits may include:

These measures are designed to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, users may be required to complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed.

Verification may include:

  • a valid government-issued identification document
  • proof of residential address issued within the last three months
  • information regarding the source of funds, where required by law

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the verification process has not been completed.

8. Blockchain Transaction Risks

Cryptocurrency transactions depend on blockchain network processing and confirmation.

Transaction times may vary depending on:

  • network congestion
  • blockchain confirmation requirements
